Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your session. Capacity is limited and entry is timed so latecomers cannot be admitted. 
Age 14 and over only (young children and babies cannot be admitted)

You will be required to wear a backpack for the duration of the exhibition weighing 3.5kg 
If you suffer from a condition that would be affected by this, we advise that you do not participate. If you do it is at your own discretion

You will be escorted by a member of staff through a short VR experience.

You will need to bring ID to verify your status for concessionary tickets.



How to get here
On arrival please follow the signs directing you to the exhibition entrance in the New Wing.

Box Office
Tickets can be purchased on-site (subject to availability) at the admissions desk in the New Wing main entrance, accessed from Lancaster Place

Can I wear glasses?
Most glasses will fit inside the VR headsets, however if you wear large glasses, they may not fit. If you have contact lenses we would recommend wearing them instead. 

The space is fully accessible however, there are some uneven surfaces. Free companion tickets are available if required.

There is no cloakroom on-site so please avoid bringing heavy bags and bulky items. 

Filming & Photography
No filming or photography is allowed in the exhibition.
